  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Our products are individually handmade to order. Most orders are shipped within two weeks of receipt. If you have timing constraints and need us to process and ship your order more quickly, please enclose instructions in the comment box at the checkout. We will do our best to accomodate your request and will contact you if this is not possible.

    Shipping charges are calculated based upon the order total, as specified below:

    $0 to $99.99 --- shipping fee $5
    $100 to $299.99 --- shipping fee $12
    $300 to $499.99 --- shipping fee $15
    Over $500 --- Free Shipping

    Small orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Most larger orders will be shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS). A surcharge of $8.00 (USD) is added to all orders shipped to Canada. Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. At this time, Pane in the Glass Studio, LLC, ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and Canada. Please call or email us if you wish to order from a location outside of the United States and Canada.



  • Sales Tax

  • Pane in the Glass Studio, LLC, does not charge sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site.



  • Return Policy

  • Each Pane in the Glass Studio product is unique and one-of-a-kind. Therefore, the product you receive will not exactly match the photographs on the website. We do guarantee that our products will be free from defects and will happily make refunds or exchanges if you receive a defective product. We only accept returns if the merchandise has manufacturing defects or if they were sent to a customer by mistake.
